Send invoice to customer

This article allows the back-office user to send invoices to customers.

  1. Log in to the back office, click the Ledger Module and click on the 'Transactions' tab.


  1. Choose a transaction with the 'Bill' or 'Bill Cycle Bill' payment type.

  1. Click the three-dotted button to get a dropdown menu, then click the 'Send Invoice' button.

  1. The 'Send Invoice' Modal appears seeking confirmation; click 'OK' to proceed.

  1. A toast notification appears at the bottom of the screen, confirming that the invoice has been sent to the customer's email.
