Changing Leads Statuses

Leads can be manually assigned statuses so you can easily categorise and take necessary action against each lead. There are filters in the Leads Module for you to segregate leads per your requirements.

1. Access the back office and navigate to the Leads Module.

2. Choose a lead whose status you want to alter, avoiding selecting any leads from the "Deleted" or "Archived" tabs. Click the "Change Status" button and pick 'Contacted' or any status from the dropdown.


5. A confirmation modal will appear, confirming the change. Please click "OK" to finalize the change.

  1. We can see that the lead has now moved to the 'Contacted' Tab.
