Changing status for leads
If you need to modify the status of a lead, please follow these simple steps:
1. Access the back office and navigate to the Leads Module.
2. Choose a lead whose status you want to alter, avoiding selecting any leads from the "Deleted" or "Archived" tabs. Click the "Change Status" button and pick 'Contacted' or any status from the dropdown.
5. A confirmation modal will appear, confirming the change. Please click "OK" to finalize the change.
- We can see that the lead has now moved to the 'Contacted' Tab.
