How to End a Booking

Using the Logistics Module, an Ops user can End a booking in JRNY Ops


  1. Log in to the back office and navigate to the Logistics Module. Click on the 'End' Tab and choose a booking you want to end.

  1. Click the two-arrow (handover) button against the booking.

  1. Fill out the Vehicle Handover form, upload images of the asset and click 'Submit'.

  1. The confirmation modal acknowledges that the booking handover form has been submitted.
