Sending and Downloading Invoices

After a Bill is issued, you can send a copy of it to the customer or download a copy for your records directly from TJ Ops.

Sending an invoice to a customer

  1. In the Bills Module, locate the bill that you want to send.
  2. Click the Actions menu ( three dots icon) next to the bill.
  3. Select Send invoice from the dropdown.
  4. A green toast notification appears at the bottom indicating the invoice has been sent successfully to the customer's email.

Downloading an invoice

  1. In the Bills Module, locate the bill that you want to download a copy of.
  2. Click the Actions menu (three dots icon) next to the bill.
  3. Select Download invoice from the dropdown.
  4. The invoice opens in a new browser tab for preview.
  5. From the preview, you can download the PDF to your device if needed.
