View and Upload Booking Documents
Viewing Booking documents
- Find your booking in the Bookings module, click the Action button against the booking and click View.
- Scroll down to the Document section. All documents including contracts can be viewed here.
- Click the eye icon next to the document to view the file on a separate browser tab.
If the customer has not received or signed their document, the file will download with Unsigned mentioned in the file name.
Uploading Booking Documents
- Click +Add Document in the Documents Section.
- Choose a Document type from the dropdown and Select File to upload
- Click Upload.
- A green toast notification appears at the corner of the screen confirming the upload and the document can be seen in the Document Section.
