View and Upload Booking Documents

Viewing Booking documents

  1. Find your booking in the Bookings module, click the Action button against the booking and click View.
  2. Scroll down to the Document section. All documents including contracts can be viewed here.
  3. Click the eye icon next to the document to view the file on a separate browser tab.

If the customer has not received or signed their document, the file will download with Unsigned mentioned in the file name.

Uploading Booking Documents

  1. Click +Add Document in the Documents Section.
  2. Choose a Document type from the dropdown and Select File to upload
  3. Click Upload.
  4. A green toast notification appears at the corner of the screen confirming the upload and the document can be seen in the Document Section.
