Returning a car using Ops status

In various client environments, marking a returning ops status on a booking ends auto payments.

To mark a booking in return status, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bookings Module and choose a booking from the in-progress tab.
  2. Click on the Swimlanes button.
  3. Go to the In progress lane and locate the booking. Drag the booking from the In-progress lane to the Returning Lane.
  4. The booking is now in returning status.

Another way to mark a booking in returning status is to click the Action button in the Tables View to open a dropdown.

  1. Click View button from the dropdown to reveal booking details
  2. Click on the Actions button and then select Edit Ops Status from the dropdown.
  3. Pick Returning from the Ops Status dropdown in the Edit Ops Status Modal.
  4. Click Save
  5. A green toast notification appears at the bottom of the screen confirming this change.
  6. The Returning Ops status is now visible on the Booking details page.
