Exporting reports

Ops users can export reports for the following modules: Assets, Bookings, Customers, Leads, and Ledger.

All reports are exported in Excel format.

To quickly identify modules that support report export, look for the download icon (a downward arrow button).

For this article, we'll export Virtual Assets.

Log in to the back office and go to the Virtual Assets sub module under the Pricing module. click the Download button on the top panel.
There are two options in the dropdown:
1. Export Virtual Assets - this downloads the most recent data from the module immediately
2. View Downloads - this allows the Ops user to access the Export history. Previous report copies can be accessed here. If the Export File doesn't generate the report immediately, then the file can be accessed after a few minutes using the 'View Downloads'.
Click on Export File to download data. Click OK to confirm.
A green toast notification appears at the bottom of the screen and at the file will begin downloading moments later. If the green notification doesn't appear, click the download button again and pick View Downloads to access Export History.
