Edit Mileage on an In-progress booking
This feature allows Operations users to update the mileage of a customer's in-progress booking on the same physical asset, without the need to cancel the existing booking or create a new one. A common use case is when a customer requests a mileage upgrade or downgrade during their booking
The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to the Bookings Module and choose a booking to edit mileage under the In-progress tab.
- Click the Action button next to the booking and select Edit Mileage from the dropdown.
- In the Edit Mileage Modal, the details of the customer's booking can be seen, including the current mileage. Select a New Mileage Option from the dropdown.
- Click Save Changes to register changes.
A green toast notification appears confirming the change in the Mileage
