Understanding Ledger
The Ledger submodule provides Ops users with a consolidated view of balances across the system.
Users can view balances:
- By Customer Account
- By Booking
You can switch between these views by selecting the corresponding tab at the top of the page.
The Ledger displays:
- Debit balances in red, indicating payments due
- A green 0 balance, indicating that all bills have been paid and the account is in good standing
Balances are updated in real time. Ops users can also view when the balance for a specific customer or booking was last updated.
The Ledger is a read-only module designed to provide a high-level overview of the current financial standing across customers and bookings.
