Understanding the Customer Module

The Customer module in JRNY Ops consists of three submodules:

  • Accounts
  • Drivers
  • Leads

Accounts

The Accounts submodule stores customer account information.

Customers are added to the system in one of two ways:

  • When they complete the booking journey on the website
  • When you manually create a customer account in the system

Driver

A single customer account can have multiple drivers associated with it. Driver details linked to an account can be accessed through this submodule.

Leads

Prospective customers who begin the booking process but do not complete it are captured in the Leads submodule. This allows your team to follow up and convert potential customers.

Each submodule includes additional features, which are covered in separate articles.
