Editing Customer Details
Customer details can be updated in JRNY Ops if there are changes or corrections required (for example, contact information, email address, or account information).
Steps to Edit Customer Details
- Navigate to the Accounts submodule from the left panel.
- Locate the customer whose details need to be updated.
- Click the Action button and select Edit Account from the dropdown menu.
- The Edit Account page will open. Update the necessary fields.
- Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
A green notification will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming that the changes have been saved successfully.
