Setting a next contact date for a Lead
You can set a Next Contact Date for a lead in the Leads sub-module to plan follow-ups and stay organised during the conversion process.
Note: This feature does not send reminders to users or leads. It only records the selected follow-up date within the system for reference.
How to set the next contact date:
- Navigate to the Leads module.
- Select a lead from any tab except Deleted or Archived (follow-ups can not be set for leads in these statuses).
- Click the Action button.
- Select Set Next Contact from the dropdown menu.
- In the Set Next Contact Date modal, choose the desired date and time.
- Click Save to confirm.
The selected Next Contact Date will now be visible against the lead record.
