Setting a next contact date for a Lead

You can set a Next Contact Date for a lead in the Leads sub-module to plan follow-ups and stay organised during the conversion process.

Note: This feature does not send reminders to users or leads. It only records the selected follow-up date within the system for reference.


How to set the next contact date:

  1. Navigate to the Leads module.
  2. Select a lead from any tab except Deleted or Archived (follow-ups can not be set for leads in these statuses).
  3. Click the Action button.
  4. Select Set Next Contact from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the Set Next Contact Date modal, choose the desired date and time.
  6. Click Save to confirm.

The selected Next Contact Date will now be visible against the lead record.
