Editing Driver Details

Driver details can be updated in JRNY Ops if there are changes or corrections required (for example, contact information, email address).

There are two ways to edit driver details:

  1. Through the Accounts sub-module
  2. Through the Driver sub-module

 Both methods are explained below:

Editing through the Accounts sub-module

  1. Navigate to the Accounts sub-module.
  2. Use the search bar to locate the relevant customer account.
  3. Click the Action button and select View Account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down and open the Drivers tab.
  5. Locate the driver whose details need to be updated.
  6. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) and select Edit from the dropdown.
  7. Update the required information in the Edit Driver Modal.
  8. Click Update to save changes.

A green notification will appear in the bottom-right corner confirming that the changes have been successfully saved.

Editing through the Drivers sub-module

  1. Navigate to the Drivers submodule.
  2. Use the search bar to locate the driver whose details need to be updated.
  3. Click on the View button (eye icon). This will redirect you to the associated customer account.
  4. Scroll down and open the Drivers tab.
  5. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) and select Edit from the dropdown.
  6. Update the required information in the Edit Driver Modal
  7. Click Update to save changes.

A green notification will appear confirming the update.
