Send DL verification link to Customers/Drivers on Ops
This article explains how Ops users can send a Driving License verification link to customers or drivers through JRNY Ops.
This is useful in the following situations:
- The customer/ driver was manually added through Ops
- A lead was manually converted to a customer
- If the customer did not complete the Driving License verification during the booking process on the website.
Steps to send a Driving License verification link
- Navigate to the Accounts sub-module.
- Use the search bar to locate the customer account/ driver who requires verification.
- Click the Action button and select View Details from the dropdown menu.
- The Customer Details page will open. Scroll down and select the Drivers tab.
- From the list of drivers, locate the driver that needs verification. Drivers who have not completed verification will show a red "Not Verified" status.
- Click the Action button (three dots icon) next to the Driver details.
- Select Send DL Verification from the dropdown menu.
- The Send Driving License Verification modal will appear. Verify that the driver's email address is correct.
- Click Send Verification to send the verification link to the driver's registered email address.
A green notification will appear at the bottom-right corner confirming that the verification link has been successfully sent.
