Send DL verification link to Customers/Drivers on Ops

This article explains how Ops users can send a Driving License verification link to customers or drivers through JRNY Ops.

This is useful in the following situations:

  • The customer/ driver was manually added through Ops
  • A lead was manually converted to a customer
  • If the customer did not complete the Driving License verification during the booking process on the website.

Steps to send a Driving License verification link

  1. Navigate to the Accounts sub-module.
  2. Use the search bar to locate the customer account/ driver who requires verification.
  3. Click the Action button and select View Details from the dropdown menu.
  4. The Customer Details page will open. Scroll down and select the Drivers tab.
  5. From the list of drivers, locate the driver that needs verification. Drivers who have not completed verification will show a red "Not Verified" status.
  6. Click the Action button (three dots icon) next to the Driver details.
  7. Select Send DL Verification from the dropdown menu.
  8. The Send Driving License Verification modal will appear. Verify that the driver's email address is correct.
  9. Click Send Verification to send the verification link to the driver's registered email address.

A green notification will appear at the bottom-right corner confirming that the verification link has been successfully sent.
