Adding multiple colours to your asset

You can add multiple colours to your virtual or physical assets if you offer a vehicle in different colour options. On the website, customers can view the asset in all configured colours.

To enable this feature, please contact your account manager to activate multi-colour image support.

Once enabled, the steps to add multiple colours are as follows:

  1. Navigate to your virtual/physical asset and click on the Action button.
  2. Select View Details from the Action dropdown.
  3. Click on the Colours Tab.

  1. Click on the + Add Colour button.

  1. Enter the colour of the asset and click on a paint swatch that is closest to the vehicle's colour

  1. Click on the preferred paint swatch and click Add colour:

  1. A paint card gets added to the colour tab, and a green notification appears to confirm this change.

  1. Follow the above steps to add more colours to the asset.

Note: If a virtual asset is configured with multiple colours (e.g., green, silver, and red), you must create and link a corresponding physical asset for each colour. This ensures correct asset allocation during bookings.

Adding Images

  1. To add Images for each of these colours, click on the Images Tab next to the Colours Tab:

  1. Click on one of the selected colours in the left Colours section.

  1. Click on the orange Preview button to preview the colour on the car image

  1. Set the default image and image angles in the studio assets:

This will be applied to other colours picked in the Colour Tab.
