Extending a Booking

Extending a book does the following:

  • Extends the end date by the number of months the Ops user sets.
  • Extension based on original terms of booking. No contract will be issued.

This article will show you how to extend an in-progress booking for a customer.

  1. Log in to the back office and go to the Bookings Module.
  2. Click the In Progress tab. Select a customer who needs their booking to be extended.



  1. To extend this booking to another six months, click the Take Action button to the right of this booking to get the Extend option: 



  1. Click on Extend to open the Extend Window:



  1. Pick six months from the Extend By (Months) Dropdown and see that the New End Date/time shows 05/08/2024. Click the 'Save' button to register the new end date.



  1. A toast notification will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming the new end date.

6. This booking can be seen under the In Progress tab with a new end date:
