Enabling/Disabling Virtual and Physical Assets
This article illustrates how to make virtual assets visible/invisible to customers in digital showrooms and how the same process makes physical assets available/unavailable to assign to bookings.
Virtual assets
- Click 'View Assets' to open a list of Assets. For this example, we will use 'Citroen C3'.

We see that on our website, there is no Citroen C3 available currently.
- Switch the Toggle on for the Citroen C3 in the back office. A toast notification at the bottom of the screen confirms that the asset has been enabled.
- The Citroen C3 is now visible on the website.
Physical assets
In the case of physical assets, toggling off a physical asset makes it unavailable indefinitely until the asset is enabled again.
When a physical asset is toggled off, it will not appear in the approval modal. This is because it is not possible to assign a disabled asset to a booking.
