View and Upload Booking Documents

To view a customer's booking document in the back office, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the booking Module and toggle between tabs to identify your booking. Click the 'Take Action' Button against the booking and click 'View.'

  1. Scroll down the Booking page until you see the Activity Section. The Document tab is selected by default, and contracts signed by the customer can be seen here.

  1. Click the 'eye' icon next to the desired document to view their uploaded documents.

If the customer has not yet signed the document, only the blue "regenerate contract" button will be visible. In the event that the customer has not received or signed their document, it will not be accessible for viewing.
