View and Upload Booking Documents
This article illustrates how to view booking documents in the back office.
- Find your booking in the Bookings module, click the 'Take Action' button against the booking and click 'View.'

- Scroll down to the Activity section. All documents including contracts can be viewed here.
- Click the 'eye' icon next to the document to view the file.
If the customer has not yet signed the document, only the blue "regenerate contract" button will be visible. If the customer has not received or signed their document, it will not be accessible for viewing.
To upload a Document, click 'Add Document'.
Choose a [document type] from the dropdown and Upload.
