How to add featured assets

Featured assets are highlighted at the top of the your digital showroom. An Ops user can choose up to three featured assets for the website. This article will also cover how to adjust the order of featured assets.

The following steps are for adding featured assets:

  1. Go to the Asset Module and pick the virtual asset you want to feature on the website.
Test data is used in all screenshots.
  1. Click the menu button next to the eye icon (i.e. view button) for the chosen asset to reveal additional options. Select 'Set as a featured asset'; a confirmation dialogue box will appear at the bottom of the screen.

  1. After assigning it as a featured asset, a star symbol appears against it.

A maximum of three assets can be featured on the website, and their order can be adjusted.


Adjusting the order of Featured Assets

The Ops user can set the order of the three featured assets on the website. The steps are as follows:

  1. Choose a virtual asset that has been designated as a featured asset. Click the menu button to show options, then select edit featured order.

  1. The Edit Featured Asset Modal opens, and the current order of the three featured assets previously selected is seen. Rearrange the sequence of assets by using the menu button to move them up or down.

  1. Please save changes so that assets are featured in your preferred order on the website.

  1. A green toast notification appears at the bottom of the screen, confirming that the featured asset list has been updated. Click 'Close' on the Edit Featured Assets Module to close the window.
