Setting an asset as Out of Stock/Available to Order

This article will show you how to set out of stock for an asset:

1. Both physical and virtual assets can be set as out of stock.
2. When a virtual asset is set as out of stock, the CTA button on the asset in the digital showroom will change from "Book Now" to "Enquire Now," "Raise Your Interest," or any other custom text applicable to you.

3. This CTA button will trigger a submission form rather than begin the booking journey. The form submission will be saved as a registered lead in the Leads module in JRNY Ops.

The steps to set an asset out of stock are as follows:

1. Go to the Assets Module in the back office and click the three-dotted button (menu) button to open options.

2. Click "set as out of stock, " and a toast notification box at the bottom of the screen will confirm if the asset has been successfully set as out of stock.

You can set the stock available to order by following the same steps on assets marked out of stock.
