Setting an asset as Out of Stock/Available to Order
- Virtual assets can be set as "Out of Stock" if its physical stock is low or if an Ops user has selected it in JRNY Ops.
- An out-of-stock virtual asset will have the lead capture form enabled meaning the Book Now CTA button triggers the register interest form.
The steps to set a virtual asset as 'Out of Stock' is as follows:
- Go to the Assets Module in the back office and click the menu button.
- Click "Set as Out of Stock" from the dropdown, and a toast notification box at the bottom of the screen will confirm if the asset has been successfully set as out of stock.
You can set the stock available to order by following the same steps on assets marked out of stock.
An out-of-stock asset can appear greyed out or inactive on the website from client to client; however, it will have the "Raise your Interest" CTA button instead of the 'Book Now' button.
