Ledger Hierachy: Booking Level


The Ledger Module gives back-office users a comprehensive overview of payments received and charges levied against customers.


In the bookings view you can:

    1. Add Offline payments: log any payments taken with alternative methods, like cash or bank transfers.
    2. Add Charges: add individual charges against bills on bookings.
    3. Pause Billing: pauses auto-billing indefinitely on the booking so no upcoming charges will be processed on the booking until you Resume Billing.
Test data is used in all screenshots.
  1. A healthy booking has a balance of 0. When you add charges and payments, the balance will update immediately.
  2. A booking may be in arrears whilst an auto-payment request is being processed by the merchant.
