Extending a booking
Extending a booking does the following:
- Extends the end date by the number of months the Ops user sets.
- Extension based on original terms of booking. No contract will be issued.
This article will show you how to extend an in-progress booking for a customer.
- Navigate to the Bookings Module and choose a booking in the In Progress tab to be extended.
- To extend this booking, click the Action button next to the booking and click the Extend from the dropdown.
- Select the duration by which the booking is required to be extended by from the Extended By Dropdown and the changes in the New End Date/time appears.
- Click the Save button to register the new end date.
- A green toast notification will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming the new end date. This booking can be seen under the In Progress tab with a new end date.
