Progressing a Booking

Progressing a booking can vary from client to client. This article gives a general overview of progressing a booking from 'Approved' to 'In progress' status through the Bookings Module.

  1. Click the 'Bookings' Module and go to the 'Approved' tab to approve any booking.

  1. Click on the "Take Action" Button to reveal the following options:
    • Edit
    • View
    • Begin Journey
    • Cancel or Reject
    • Mark Complete

  1. To progress a booking, click Begin Journey; this will open a Vehicle Handover Form.

4. Complete the form with details and images and click 'submit.' A green notification appears on the modal, confirming this change.

  1. The booking has moved to the 'In Progress' tab, which means the customer's booking journey has begun.

For bookings under the In-Progress tab, the 'Take Action' button will show more options, such as View, Early End, End Journey, extend, Renew, Exchange, Swap asset, and Mark Completed, which will be discussed in further sections.
