Verifying customers


This article shows how to verify drivers and customers through Ops.

The steps to send a verification link through the system are as follows:

1. Log in to the back office. Navigate to the Customer Module and select a customer.

Test data is used in all screenshots.

2. Click the 'Take Action' button and choose 'View' from the dropdown menu.

  1. This will take you to the Customer Details Page. Scroll down to the Driver Section and click the menu button next to the unverified driver.

  1. Click the 'Send DL Veriff Link' button to send a Veriff link to the customer's email.

6. A modal will appear, asking for confirmation. Click the 'Send' button to proceed.

7. A toast notification will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, along with a green confirmation message on the modal, verifying that the Veriff link has been successfully sent to the customer. To close the modal, click anywhere outside of it.
