Verifying drivers
To verify drivers in the back office, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the back office. Navigate to the Customer Module and select a customer.
2. Click the 'Take Action' button and choose 'View' from the dropdown menu.
- This will take you to the Customer Details Page. Scroll down to the Driver Section and click the three-dotted button next to the unverified driver.
- Click the 'Send DL Veriff Link' button to send a Veriff link to the customer's email.
6. A modal will appear, asking for confirmation. Click the 'Send' button to proceed.
7. A toast notification will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, along with a green confirmation message on the modal, verifying that the Veriff link has been successfully sent to the customer. To close the modal, click anywhere outside of it.
