Running DVLA checks for customers (For U.K clients only)
To run a DVLA check on the customer, follow these steps
1. Log in to the back office. Navigate to the Customer Module and select a customer.
Click the 'Take Action button' and choose 'View' from the dropdown menu.
- This will take you to the Customer Details Page. Scroll down to the Driver Section and click the three-dotted button next to the unverified driver.
- Click the 'View License Record' button to open the License Record Modal.
- The License Record Modal opens. Click the 'Request DVLA check' button.
- A toast notification will appear at the bottom of the screen, and a green confirmation message will appear on the modal, confirming that the DVLA check has been initiated.
