Running DVLA checks for customers (For U.K clients only)

To run a DVLA check on the customer, follow these steps

1. Log in to the back office. Navigate to the Customer Module and select a customer.

  1. Click the 'Take Action button' and choose 'View' from the dropdown menu.

  2. This will take you to the Customer Details Page. Scroll down to the Driver Section and click the three-dotted button next to the unverified driver.

  1. Click the 'View License Record' button to open the License Record Modal.

  1. The License Record Modal opens. Click the 'Request DVLA check' button.

  1. A toast notification will appear at the bottom of the screen, and a green confirmation message will appear on the modal, confirming that the DVLA check has been initiated.
