Deleting a Maintenance Booking

Cancelling in-progress maintenance bookings

1. Go to the assets Module and click the Physical Asset toggle. Choose the asset against which the maintenance booking is created and click the view button to open the asset properties.

2. Click on the Booking history sub-module on the left panel.

3. Click on the All or In Progress tab if the maintenance booking is in progress and copy the booking ID for the maintenance booking. The maintenance booking can only be cancelled in the Bookings Module.

4. Click the Bookings Module on the left panel and paste the booking ID into the search bar. Click on the All Tab to locate the maintenance booking.

5. Click the 'Take Action' button to open a list of options. Click the 'End Journey' button to end the in-progress maintenance booking and complete the Off-Hire Form. The Maintenance booking will move to the 'Ended' Tab.

Cancelling an upcoming maintenance booking

To cancel a maintenance booking made in advance, follow the above steps till step 4.

1. Then, click the 'Take Action' button to open a dropdown. 'Click Cancel or Reject' button to Cancel this booking.

2. Click the 'Cancel' button on the Modal.

3. The maintenance booking is cancelled. Click on the booking ID, and the cancelled status will be displayed.
